2020-12-20sdm660-common: Use component-override to configure BluetoothRyan Mitchell
Runtime Resource Overlays (RROs) can no longer change the value of resources in manifest when read during PackagerParser. This change uses component-override to enable the service by default. Remove usages of profile_supported_* from overlays as they no longer configure the enable state of Bluetooth components. Avoid this problem by increasing autosuspend delay from the default 2s to 7s. The longest I've seen a device take to enumerate after vbus is ~3 seconds, this gives a 2x margin.
