From 15c671efb5e6834824569a812dcec7bb5d5ce384 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Aaron Durbin Date: Mon, 6 May 2013 10:52:24 -0500 Subject: boot state: remove drain timers option Internally there were states that had an attribute to indicate that the timers needed to be drained. Now that there is a way to block state transitions rely on this ability instead of draining timers. The timers will drain themselves when a state is blocked.
