2024-10-03	soc/intel/pantherlake: Remove soc_info.[hc] interface	Jeremy Compostella
	This commit removes the unnecessary layer provided by soc_info.[hc]. It was providing an abstraction which only was resulting in extra function calls without any added value as the returned constants are well identified and could be used directly. More importantly, and this is the actual selling point in my opinion, this extra indirection was preventing the compiler from detecting array overflows. 2024-09-13	soc/intel/ptl: Do initial Panther Lake SoC commit till ramstage	Saurabh Mishra
	List of changes: 1. Add required SoC programming till ramstage. 2. Include only required headers into include/soc. 3. Skeleton code used to call FSP-S API.
