2012-11-28amdk8/amdfam10: Use CAR_GLOBAL for sysinfoPatrick Georgi
This gets rid of the somewhat unstructured placement of AMD's sysinfo structure in CAR. We used to carve out some CAR space using a Kconfig variable, and then put sysinfo there manually (by "virtue" of pointer magic). Now it's a variable with the CAR_GLOBAL qualifier, and build system magic. the prefix was introduced in the early v2 tree many years ago because our old build system "newconfig" could not handle two files with the same name in different paths like /path/to/usb.c and /another/path/to/usb.c correctly. Only one of the files would end up being compiled into the final image. Since Kconfig (actually since shortly before we switched to Kconfig) we don't suffer from that problem anymore. While debugging this, I removed an indirection from the e7520 ram init code (same as we did on a couple of other chipsets, removes some register pressure from romcc) Also, drop remainders of CONFIG_USE_INIT (except the one odd piece of dead code in cache_as_ram.inc) Then some ap_romstage.c fixes, at least the nvidia/l1_2pvv compiled for me with CONFIG_AP_CODE_IN_CAR set in Kconfig which it did not before.
