Set MMCONF_BASE_ADDRESS to 0xf8000000.
It was already done for some boards, but not all.
The sandybridge chipset code assumes 64 pci buses behind MMCONF.
Therefore, only 64MiB of physical address space is required.
Increasing the address allows to use additional 128MiB of MMIO
space and to use the Intel IGD and a PEG at the same time.
Previously it wasn't possible to use both at the same time,
as two 256MiB areas won't fit into MMIO space.
Test system:
* Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H
* Intel Pentium CPU G2130
* Onboard GPU Intel IvyBridge Desktop
* PEG GPU AMD RV770

It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address.
Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we
imported) looks out for that.
This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further

Commit 24813c14 (i945: Consolidate acpi/platform.asl) creates the file
in the directory `src/southbridge/intel/i82801gx/acpi`. Devices with the
southbridge `intel/i82801ix`, like the laptop Lenovo X200, use the exact
same ASL code though. So share this in the directory
`src/southbridge/intel/common/acpi`.

Commit 24813c14 (i945: Consolidate acpi/platform.asl) creates the file
in the directory `src/cpu/intel/model_6dx/acpi`, although the devices
can also use different Intel CPU models like, for example,
`intel/model_6ex` on the Lenovo T60.
Therefore move the file to the directory `src/cpu/intel/common/acpi` so
that other devices, like Intel GM45 based devices, can also include it.

Mimic vendor BIOS in switching off the led once coreboot has booted
successfully. Currently the led behavior is inconsistent. The led turns on
during poweron and stays on forever. When entering S3 and during S3 it
blinks and turns off after wake from S3. The behavior associated with S3
is the same under vendor BIOS and under coreboot. Switching off the led
before jumping to the payload makes the led behavior consistent within
coreboot before S3 and after wake from S3 and it makes the led behavior
consistent to vendor BIOS.

Old igd.asl had inconsistent addresses (between _DOD and actual device)
and ghost devices. Any of those is enough to make brightness on windows
fail and make igd.asl out-of-ACPI-spec. Also old code favoured ridiculous
copying of the same thing 6 times per chipset. Leave only hooking up and
chipset-specific part in chipset directory. Move NVS handling and ACPI-spec
parts to a common file.

As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to
shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons
but because there are tools that look for them, and giving
them a standard pattern simplifies things.
However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update
every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a
new lease, but can drop the address instead.
util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that
we may want to synchronize every now and then.

This change switches all mainboard vendors and mainboards
to be autoincluded by Kconfig, rather than having to be mentioned
explicitly.
This means, vendor and mainboard directories are becoming more
"drop in", e.g. be placed in the coreboot directory hierarchy
without having to modify any higher level coreboot files.
The long term plan is to enable out of tree mainboards / components
to be built with a given coreboot version (given that the API did
not change)

Due to the CST entries the machine uses less power running
GNU/Linux-libre. This can be seen by monitoring CPU temperature
and time left the machine can run on battery. CPU temperature
measurements have been done with lm_sensors, battery querying
with acpi. Tests have been done before applying this patch and
after. In both cases the battery was fully loaded and the machine
powered up on battery, without AC. In both tests the machine was
idleing for more than 1 hour.
Without this patch battery was predicted to last 01:52:30 hours,
CPU temperature first measurement showed 38 degrees. After 15 min
idle, temperature has reached its maximum value in this test of
61 and 62 degrees (Core 0 and 1). Fan speed begins to increase
shortly after 15 min. From its minimal value 1800 rpm it reaches
3100 rpm after 40 min. CPU temperature did not increase any further.
After 60 min idle, the battery was predicted to still last 57 min.
With this patch battery was predicted to last 02:22:40 hours. That
is plus 30 min. CPU temperature begins at 35 degrees. After 15 min
temperature has reached 45 degrees; after 30 min it has reached
the maximal temperature during this test of about 50 degrees.
That is 10 degrees improvement. The fan stayed at minimal speed.
After 60 min idle, the battery was predicted to still last 01:22:48
hours; a 25 minute improvement.

Fix system include paths to be consistent. Chipset support is
part of the Coreboot 'system' and hence 'non-local' (i.e., in
the same directory or context). One possible product of this, is
to perhaps allow future work to do pre-compiled headers (PCH) on
the buildbot for faster build times. However, this currently just
makes mainboard's consistent.

various hlt() calls that weren't supposed to exit (but
might have) and various forms of endless loops around
