Objects that are created with acpigen need to be declared
with External () for the generation of dsdt.asl to pass
iasl without errors.
There are some objects that are common to all platforms,
and some that should be declared only conditionally.
Having a top-level ASL helps to achieve this.

The ACPI specification, version 2.0 says:
_BFS is an optional control method.
So, remove them. They have been copy-pasted around quite a bit, and do
not do anything useful. Plus, it's deprecated in later ACPI versions.

This change moves all ACPI table support in coreboot currently living
under arch/x86 into common code to make it architecture
independent. ACPI table generation is not really tied to any
architecture and hence it makes sense to move this to its own
directory.
In order to make it easier to review, this change is being split into
multiple CLs. This is change 3/5 which basically is generated by
running the following command:
$ git grep -iIl "arch/acpi" | xargs sed -i 's/arch\/acpi/acpi\/acpi/g'

This change adds support in common block HDA driver to add a PCI
device for HDA in SSDT and removes the HDA device from DSDT for
Stoneyridge and Picasso.
_INI method is still retained in stoneyridge since I am unsure why it
was added. In order to support the _INI method, HDA driver makes a
callback hda_soc_ssdt_quirks() to allow SoCs to add any quirks
required for the HDA device. This callback is implemented by
Stoneyridge to provide the _INI method which retains the same
functionality for HDA device.
This makes it easier to ensure that we don't accidentally
make the DSDT and SSDT entries inconsistent w.r.t. ACPI name and
scope.

The ACPI Spec 2.0 states, that Processor declarations should be made
within the ACPI namespace \_SB and not \_PR anymore. \_PR is deprecated
and is removed here.
Additionally add processor scope patching for P-State SSDT created by
AGESA, becasue AGESA creates the tables with processors in \_PR scope.
TEST=boot Debian Linux on PC Engines apu2, check dmesg that there are
no errors, decompile ACPI tables with acpica to check whether the
processor scope is correct and if IASL does not complain on wrong
checksum, run FWTS

They're listed in AUTHORS and often incorrect anyway, for example:
- What's a "Copyright $year-present"?
- Which incarnation of Google (Inc, LLC, ...) is the current
copyright holder?
- People sometimes have their editor auto-add themselves to files even
though they only deleted stuff
- Or they let the editor automatically update the copyright year,
because why not?
- Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"?
- Or "Generated Code"?
Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in
individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead
and use the git history to deal with the rest.

The banked GPIO functionality in the AcpiMmio block has been consistent
since the Mullins product. Move the basic support into a common
directory.
Each product's pin availability, MUXes, and other details must remain
specific to the product.
The relocated source also drops the weak configure_gevent_smi() that
reports SMI is not available. The stoneyridge port relies on SMI
to do its initialization, similar to modern soc/intel devices. This
is the plan for future soc/amd ports, so make a missing function a
build error instead of a runtime warning.

AMD traditionally claims the resource at I/O port 61 for the onboard
PC-AT speaker. In later designs, the speaker may be omitted in favor
of routing the SPKR signal to the codec.
Some systems implement neither, and for those it is not correct to
identify the resource as a speaker. Modify the EISAID reported to
the OS depending on the system design. The default is that port 61
is reported as reserved. In order to report a speaker, add #define
in mainboard//dsdt.asl.

There have been discussions about removing this since it does not seem
to be used much and only creates troubles for boards without defaults,
not to mention that it was configurable on many boards that do not
even feature uart.
It is still possible to configure the baudrate through the Kconfig
option.

Add dedicated CAR setup and teardown functions and Kconfig
options to force their inclusion into the build. The .S files
are mostly duplicated code from the old cache_as_ram.inc file.
The .S files use global proc names in anticipation for use with
the Kconfig symbols C_ENVIRONMENT_BOOTBLOCK and POSTCAR_STAGE.
Move the mainboard romstage functionality into the soc directory
and change the function name to be compatible with the call
from assembly_entry.S. Drop the BIST check like other devices.
Move InitReset and InitEarly to bootblock. These AGESA entry
points set some default settings, and release/recapture the
AP cores. There are currently some early dependencies on
InitReset. Future work should include:
* Pull the necessary functionality from InitReset into bootblock
* Move InitReset and InitEarly to car_stage_entry() and out of
bootblock
- Add a mechanism for the BSP to give the APs an address
to call and skip most of bootblock and verstage (when
available) (1)
- Reunify BiosCallOuts.c and OemCustomize.c
(1) During the InitReset call, the BSP enables the APs by setting
core enable bits in F18F0x1DC and APs begin fetching/executing
from the reset vector. The BSP waits for all APs to also
reach InitReset, where they enter an endless loop. The BSP
sends a command to them to execute a HLT instruction and the
BSP eventually returns from InitReset. The goal would be to
preserve this process but prevent APs from rerunning early
code.

This requires to also unify the calling convention for
AGESA functions from
AGESA_STATUS (*agesa_func)(UINT32 Func, UINT32 Data, VOID *ConfigPtr)
to
AGESA_STATUS (*agesa_func)(UINT32 Func, UINTN Data, VOID *ConfigPtr)
On systems running 32bit x86 code this will not make a difference as
UINTN is uintptr_t which is 32bit on these machines.

Delete the write to PM register 0xee. This register is not
listed in the current BKDG and S4 is not currently supported
on this APU.
NDA document #47517 "A55/.../A85X fusion Controller Hub Register
Reference Guide" provides some clues on the intent of this write.
This register has always been observed to power on with a value
of 0x08 so the write has no effect.
This should be revisited again when SMI and PSP fully implement
the support required for S3.

Add package options to the CPU Kconfig that may be selected by the
mainboard's Kconfig file. Stoney Ridge is available in FP4 and FT4
packages and each requires a unique binaryPI image. Default to the
correct blob used by the northbridge by looking at the CPU's package.
Also modify Gardenia to select the right package.
See the Infrastructure Roadmap for FP4 (#53555) and FT4 (#55349) for
additional details for the packages.
