Shorten define names containing PCI_{DEVICE,VENDOR}_ID_ with
PCI_{DID,VID}_ using the commands below, which also take care of some
spacing issues. An additional clean up of pci_ids.h is done in
CB:61531.
Used commands:
* find -type f -exec sed -i 's/PCI_\([DV]\)\(EVICE\|ENDOR\)_ID_\([_0-9A-Za-z]\{2\}\([_0-9A-Za-z]\{8\}\)*[_0-9A-Za-z]\{0,5\}\)\t/PCI_\1ID_\3\t\t/g'
* find -type f -exec sed -i 's/PCI_\([DV]\)\(EVICE\|ENDOR\)_ID_\([_0-9A-Za-z]*\)/PCI_\1ID_\3/g'

The `find_resource` function will never return null (will die instead).
In cases where the existing code already accounts for null pointers, it
is better to use `probe_resource` instead, which returns a null pointer
instead of dying.

A regular assignment works just as well and also allows type-checking.
It also avoids a common mistake where `sizeof` is applied to a pointer
to obtain the size of the data it points to, without dereferencing it.

Some devices, such as cameras, can implement a physical switch to
disable the input on demand. Think of it like the typical privacy
sticker on the notebooks, but more elegant.
In order to notify the system about the status this feature, a GPIO is
typically used.
The map between a GPIO and the feature is done via ACPI, the same way as
the reset_gpio works.
This patch implements an extra field for the described privacy gpio.
This gpio does not require any extra handling from the power management.

Allow a USB device to define PowerResource in its SSDT AML code.
PowerResouce ACPI generation expects SoC to define the callbacks for
generating AML code for GPIO manipulation.
Device requiring PowerResource needs to define following parameters:
* Reset GPIO - Optional, GPIO to put device into reset or take it out
of reset.
* Reset delay - Delay after reset GPIO is asserted (default 0).
* Reset off delay - Delay after reset GPIO is de-asserted (default 0).
* Enable GPIO - Optional, GPIO to enable device.
* Enable delay - Delay after enable GPIO is asserted (default 0).

We only want to return an ACPI name for a USB port if the controller
physically has the port. This has the desired side effect of making the
usb_acpi driver skip generating an ACPI node for a device which has
no port. This prevents writing an invalid SSDT table which the OS then
complains about.

As per ACPI spec, GpioIo does not have any polarity associated with
it. Linux kernel uses `active_low` argument within GPIO _DSD property
to allow BIOS to indicate if the corresponding GPIO should be treated
as active low. Thus, if GPIO has active high polarity or if it does
not have any polarity associated with it, then the `active_low`
argument is supposed to be set to 0.
Having a `polarity` field in acpi_gpio seems confusing because GPIOs
might not always have polarity associated with them. Example, in case
of DMIC-select GPIO where 0 means select DMIC0 and 1 means select
DMIC1, there is no polarity associated with the GPIO. Thus, it would
be clearer for mainboard to use macros without having to specify a
particular polarity. In order to enable mainboards to provide GPIO
information without polarity for GpioIo usage, this change also adds
`ACPI_GPIO_OUTPUT` and `ACPI_GPIO_INPUT` macros.

This change moves all ACPI table support in coreboot currently living
under arch/x86 into common code to make it architecture
independent. ACPI table generation is not really tied to any
architecture and hence it makes sense to move this to its own
directory.
In order to make it easier to review, this change is being split into
multiple CLs. This is change 3/5 which basically is generated by
running the following command:
$ git grep -iIl "arch/acpi" | xargs sed -i 's/arch\/acpi/acpi\/acpi/g'

When CONFIG_SEPARATE_VERSTAGE=n, all verstage code gets linked into the
appropriate calling stage (bootblock or romstage). This means that
ENV_VERSTAGE is actually 0, and instead ENV_BOOTBLOCK or ENV_ROMSTAGE
are 1. This keeps tripping up people who are just trying to write a
simple "are we in verstage (i.e. wherever the vboot init logic runs)"
check, e.g. for TPM init functions which may run in "verstage" or
ramstage depending on whether vboot is enabled. Those checks will not
work as intended for CONFIG_SEPARATE_VERSTAGE=n.
This patch renames ENV_VERSTAGE to ENV_SEPARATE_VERSTAGE to try to
clarify that this macro can really only be used to check whether code is
running in a *separate* verstage, and clue people in that they may need
to cover the linked-in verstage case as well.

The Linux kernel can use the ACPI _PLD group information to
determine peer ports. Currently to define the group information
the devicetree must provide a complete _PLD structure. This
change pulls the group information into a separate structure that
can be defined in devicetree. This makes it easier to set for
USB devices in devicetree that do not need a full custom PLD.
This was tested on a sarien board with the USB devices defined
by verifying that the USB 2/3 ports are correctly identified
with their peer in sysfs.

It was originally designed such that if usbdebug_init() was called
before cbmem_initialize(), it would fetch the already-initialized
state from CBMEM. This changed when cbmem_find() behaviour changed
to require cbmem_initialize() to be called first. As a result,
ramstage had to reinitialize all of the EHCI controller and USB
endpoints on entry. This was slow, specially with AMD hardware
where one can scan USB ports to probe for the debug dongle.
For postcar and ramstage, move usbdebug entry such that it is
triggered from CBMEM_INIT_HOOK instead of console_init().
Side-effect of this is usbdebug console shows 'coreboot-xxx ...
starting...' line only for romstage.
Initialisation for usbdebug is never done in postcar. If you have
USBDEBUG_IN_ROMSTAGE=n, postcar will not have console output on
usb either.
While at it, fix also some other __PRE_RAM__ cases to ENV_ROMSTAGE
and alike.

Squashed and adjusted two changes from chromium.git. Covers
CBMEM init for ROMTAGE and RAMSTAGE.
cbmem: Unify random on-CBMEM-init tasks under common CBMEM_INIT_HOOK() API
There are several use cases for performing a certain task when CBMEM is
first set up (usually to migrate some data into it that was previously
kept in BSS/SRAM/hammerspace), and unfortunately we handle each of them
differently: timestamp migration is called explicitly from
cbmem_initialize(), certain x86-chipset-specific tasks use the
CAR_MIGRATION() macro to register a hook, and the CBMEM console is
migrated through a direct call from romstage (on non-x86 and SandyBridge
boards).
This patch decouples the CAR_MIGRATION() hook mechanism from
cache-as-RAM and rechristens it to CBMEM_INIT_HOOK(), which is a clearer
description of what it really does. All of the above use cases are
ported to this new, consistent model, allowing us to have one less line
of boilerplate in non-CAR romstages.

cbmem: Extend hooks to ramstage, fix timestamp synching
Commit 7dd5bbd71 (cbmem: Unify random on-CBMEM-init tasks under common
CBMEM_INIT_HOOK() API) inadvertently broke ramstage timestamps since
timestamp_sync() was no longer called there. Oops.
This patch fixes the issue by extending the CBMEM_INIT_HOOK() mechanism
to the cbmem_initialize() call in ramstage. The macro is split into
explicit ROMSTAGE_/RAMSTAGE_ versions to make the behavior as clear as
possible and prevent surprises (although just using a single macro and
relying on the Makefiles to link an object into all appropriate stages
would also work).
This allows us to get rid of the explicit cbmemc_reinit() in ramstage
(which I somehow accounted for in the last patch without realizing that
timestamps work exactly the same way...), and replace the older and less
flexible cbmem_arch_init() mechanism.
Also added a size assertion for the pre-RAM CBMEM console to memlayout
that could prevent a very unlikely buffer overflow I just noticed.

As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to
shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons
but because there are tools that look for them, and giving
them a standard pattern simplifies things.
However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update
every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a
new lease, but can drop the address instead.
util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that
we may want to synchronize every now and then.

On entry to ramstage CBMEM is looked for a copy of an already initialized
EHCI debug dongle state. If a copy is found, it contained the state before
CAR migration and the USB protocol data toggle can be out of sync. It's an
even/odd kind of a parity check, so roughly every other build would
show the problem as invalid first line: 'ug found in CBMEM.'
After CAR migration, re-direct the state changes to correct CBMEM table.
