northbridge/intel/fsp_*: Remove legacy SoCs
* Remove FSP Sandy/Ivybrige which are unused.
* Open Source implementation isn't final but

* For new ports use NORTHBRIDGE_INTEL_IVYBRIDGE
and NORTHBRIDGE_INTEL_SANDYBRIDGE
