mb/google/brya: Add config options for TRULO board
This change adds the necessary Kconfig options to enable support for
the TRULO board, including selecting the appropriate baseboard,
HDA verb table, and TCSS configuration.
Additionally, corrected the TPM_TIS_ACPI_INTERRUPT from `13` to `17`
for Trulo as applicable.

TEST=Able to build google/trulo.
