rockchip: gru: enable eDP display
This patch enables eDP display by:
o. setting HPD pinmux, backlight, vdd for eDP
o. setting vop mode
o. enabling VGA configs for edid
BRANCH=none
BUG=chrome-os-partner:51537
TEST=The dev screen is shown on kevin board
