mb/google/volteer/var/lindar: Use get_wifi_sar_fw_config_filename

Use get_wifi_sar_fw_config_filename to remove the duplicate code.
WIFI_SAR_CBFS_DEFAULT_FILENAME is not exist, so return the non-exist
id has the same outcome.
